Go Ability Trust are happy to announce that InclusLive Sport will return for three multi-sport sessions during the February Half Term – providing FREE sports activities for adults with learning disabilities!
Sessions will include fun & games, multi-sports, yoga, fitness and exercise.
Funding for these sessions have been provided by supporters of the Go Ability winter appeal and the Trust itself. Though the appeal did not reach its target of £4,000 in order to hold six sessions, the trustees have agreed to add to the current appeal total in order to hold three of these sessions between February 19-21.
- Tuesday 19th Feb – Polo Farm, Littlebourne Road, Canterbury, CT3 4AF (1:00pm – 3:00pm)
- Wednesday 20th Feb – St Lukes’ Church Hall, St Lukes Avenue, Ramsgate, CT11 7JX (10:30am – 12:30pm)
- Thursday 21st Feb – Whitstable School, Bellvue Road, Whitstable, CT5 1PX (10:30am – 12:30pm)

InclusLive Sport run exercise sessions for children and adults with a learning disability. This is in line with Go Ability’s ethos for individuals to increase their independence whilst encouraging a love of sport and promoting an understanding of how to lead a healthy and fulfilled lifestyle. The flexible, person-centred approach offered by InclusLive ensures participants realise their full potential.
Go Ability worked with InclusLive throughout 2018 to deliver multi-sports sessions such as yoga, football, rugby cricket etc. to in excess of 90 adults to achieve 275 hours of exercise! We would like to say a big thank you to The Corner Tap in Faversham, who raised the vast majority of funds that were directed to our winter appeal, making these sessions possible.
